George Agu is an experienced IT professional and an astute entrepreneur. Over the past 2 decades, he has operated at various levels in the IT industry, navigating the IT business in at least 4 African countries in roles such as Professional Services Manager, Sales Manager, Sales Director and Managing Director, before ascending to his current role as the founder/CEO of ActivEdge Technologies.

George is an Alumnus of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, where he studied Computer Science and Statistics. He has since advanced his studies in many professional courses and certifications including Information Systems Auditing, Information Security Management, Enterprise IT Governance and Project Management.

Prior to founding ActivEdge Technologies in 2010 and commencing its business operations much later that year, George was the Managing Director, Chief Executive Officer of Neptune Software, West Africa; where he achieved remarkable feat by spearheading many successful projects in over 6 African Countries.

As the CEO of ActivEdge Technologies, he has estabished the company in four African countries; with customers in the financial services, Oil and Gas, Telecomms, Manaufacuring and Public Sectors.

George is the Chairman of the Business Round Table of African Bar Association (AFBA) and the Deputy President of South East - South South Professionals of Nigeria. He is also a renowned fund raiser.

An astute economist and ex-banker, Ngozi is a co-founder of ActivEdge Technologies. As an executive director, she has led the administraive and finance functions of the company since it’s inception.

She is the glue that holds many moving parts of the company together ensuring that the company pursues it’s business goals and objectives in a way and manner that guarantees efficient operations, optimal productivity and work-life balance for its workforce, resulting in consistently high performance in alignment with our core values.

Oludare’s work experience spans across multiple continents in Professional Service Management, Software development and Business Development.

He has mastery in delivering cutting-edge solutions in competitive business markets and has built software applications for private and governments agencies. He is a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD) and Oracle Certified Professional (OCP).

Iriobe Eboreime is a seasoned IT professional with over a decade experience spanning business development; system design, implementation and support; project management and IT operations management for leading organizations both in public and private sectors in Africa.

Iriobe holds an MBA from University of Leicester, UK and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma. He also holds certifications in project management (Prince2 and PMI) as well as technical certifications from leading OEMs and Service Organizations like IBM, ITIL, Cisco Systems, IXIA, among other competencies he acquired from professional courses he attended locally and internationally over the years.

Prior to joining ActivEdge Technologies, Iriobe worked for ISDL, Telnet Group, IGT Plc (formerly GTECH Plc) and Jeme Technologies Limited, wherein he held different positions. At IGT, he was responsible for lottery data centre and field service operations for IGT and her local partner in Nigeria (SET Plc). Iriobe's proficiency and dedication to corporate values earned him the GTECH President and Gold Awards in 2012 and 2011 respectively.

Iriobe leads the IT Infrastructure and Cloud Services at ActivEdge Technologies where he strategically drives the development and delivery of industry-leading IT Infrastructure, Virtualization, Network Security, Enterprise Monitoring solutions and Cloud Services for our customers.

Aliu Temitope Balogun is a versatile and pragmatic IT professional with over a decade of cognate experience in Enterprise IT Solutions Design and Architecture; Application Development; System Integration; Business Process Automation; Data Warehousing and Analytics; Business Intelligence; Information System Security, Audit and Control; IT Training and Consultancy Services.

He holds a first degree in Computer Science from University of Ilorin, with a Master's Degree in Computer Science from University of Ibadan. He is also a Certified Information System Auditor (CISA), among other professional certifications and trainings.

Aliu was previously Team Lead, Enterprise Data Warehouse & Analytics at UBA Group, Solutions Architect at ActivEdge Technologies and a Software Developer at Neptune Software Group, among other challenging roles where he left marks of excellence and innovation.

He is the Head, Digital Business and Innovation at ActivEdge Technologies, strategically responsible for driving sustainable innovation by leveraging emerging technologies to develop digital competencies, solutions and services that accelerate our customers' business growth, future-proof their businesses and give them competitive advantage.

Frank is an experienced sale, marketing and business development professional and a consultant. He has over 14 years of experience in the Information and Communication Technology space with expert knowledge on cyber security, Infrastructure/cloud, agency banking, ePayments, digital transformation, network connectivity & GRC.

Frank is an Alumnus of the University of Maiduguri, where he obtained a B.Sc in Ed economics and he has since received various trainings both at home and abroad based on sales, leadership, enterprise accounts, balance scorecard, CMMI, strategy execution, project management, etc.

Before joining ActivEdge, he worked at Global Accelerex as the GM Sales and Business Development. Prior to this, he worked at Precise Financial System as AGM Sales, Marketing and Business Development and at Dimension Data as Senior Sales Manager(Vertical solutions). Frank has also worked at Tenece Professional Services as Head Business Development and at Computer Warehouse Group as Account Manager FSI.

Frank is presently the Group Head, Sales and Business Development at ActivEdge Technologies Limited.

Elvis Orji is an experience and result-oriented Software Engineer with over 9+ years of experience in application development and engineering.

Adept at Data mining, Real-time systems, and BIG DATA analytics, after a series of International Training, and a proven record of designing prototypes of complex machine learning models.

He has occupied various senior positions in Wildfusions Group and Upperlinks Limited and championed many successful projects. A strong I.T. professional and passionate about delivering growth and sustainability to business.
